Join Conscious Capitalism Chicago Chapter Leadership team members Michelle Spehr and Lee Capps in this interactive workshop addressing this core tenet of Conscious Capitalism – Conscious Culture.

We’ll explore the qualities of a conscious culture, why a conscious culture is important and discuss how to assess organizational culture.  You’ll learn how to identify culture roadblocks, let go of ineffective ways of approaching culture and unlock new possibilities for evolving and deepening your culture.
