Dominic Perri is committed to a world where business can be a force for good. He has a passion for ideas and in his role as programs chair seeks to bring those thought leaders to our Chapter and beyond.
Dominic is committed to creating a future wants to emerge, one where everyone can participate in a workplace where that provides purpose, impact and belonging. To do this, he works as a leadership and culture consultant to create “essential conversations” that focus on what is most important to everyone at the table. While based in Chicago, his work has led him to over 100 organizations in more than 40 states and a wide range of sectors (higher education, technology, healthcare and non-profit).
A creative connector at heart, 11:11 Partners’ Founder and CEO, Samir has 25 years of direct experience leading teams within Fortune 100 companies and creating new teams within small businesses. In recent years he has served as the CEO of The Protein Bar & Kitchen, COO of Boudin Bakeries, and various other leadership positions at Chipotle Mexican Grill, McDonald’s and Deloitte. With Samir’s help building conscious teams, these organizations expanded into new territories, launched new brands, and delivered impressive growth.
Samir’s path to transformation started when his coach said, “You have to decide how happy you want to be.” Ultimately the answer to that question was the idea for 11:11 Partners, and a commitment to help organizations thrive.
Mark Skala is a video strategist & entrepreneur, founder of Skalawag Productions, a video agency that helps brands develop and create content strategically. Mark has always been dedicated to creating visual solutions to business problems and helping clients understand how video can help brands (big and small) succeed. Mark is dedicated to helping foster purpose, creative experimentation and value driven business practices in his company and life. That's how the path led him to Conscious Capitalism. Outside of work, Mark loves to play with his twin toddlers, his always-hungry dog Hot Dish, and tries to bring hospitality to life every day by being an avid home cook.
Swati creates businesses that provide actionable solutions for a better well being. She is the Founder of two companies, a recruitment firm and a wellness startup. Both provide solutions to increase personal wellness and the company's bottom line.

With a diverse career in manufacturing and advanced technology blended with a natural curiosity, he finds great joy in bringing people together through dialogue and discussion, finding that we often have more common ground than we first think.
Jim balances his professional time between his consulting, business development, and coaching work and his community activities in education, workforce development, and the environment.
