Chris has devoted her life to the deep listening that underpins ‘what matters most’ in people’s lives.  She’s passionately committed to cultivating exemplary leaders, collaborative teams, and engaged, thriving communities. As an experienced psychologist, teacher and leadership coach she’s known for creating trust with those who value her honesty, deep listening and commitment to their success.

Beth Fahey
Like a lot of entrepreneurs, Beth has had a colorful work history. She’s worked as a camera assistant in the movie business, has owned an award-winning bakery, and was the president of a national trade association. Along the way, she discovered an amazing book called “Traction,” which changed her life. She now teaches EOS, the proven business management system outlined in “Traction.” 

In this 6-hour workshop, you’ll:

  1. Better understand the four pillars of Conscious Capitalism: purpose, values, stakeholder value creation and conscious leadership development
  2. Explore these fundamentals in your own leadership
  3. Hear from other leaders on the conscious business journey and gain ideas for your own organization
