What does it take to lead a conscious business?  Ongoing commitment to your own growth and development as a leader, according to Greg Massey, CEO of First United Bank in Oklahoma and Texas, a purpose-based community bank organization that inspires and empowers others to Spend Life Wisely.

Mr. Massey will share the story of First United with its focus on empowering its people to create a phenomenal customer experience – and then describe the kind of leadership required to allow conscious businesses to thrive. He will share a framework as well as daily practices that allow for more conscious, “vertical” development.

Greg serves as a Board Member of the Conscious Capitalism organization, the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce and Imagine Durant. He is also an active member of the YPO Gold and of Victory Life Church.
